“We had them replace our shifter cable and transmission cooling lines on our family van. service was great. a few days later my wife was out shopping and the van started acting up. she called them and told them what was going on. he sent a guy out and got her back on the road in no time. In my opinion no other shop would have done that. and i’m big on customer service. So it’s easy to give these guys a 5 star review. Also he let us know of a few other issues that should be addressed to keep our van on the road longer. If you need your vehicle worked on definitely go to this shop.”

“Many years ago I started bringing my vehicle issues to Pit Stop. At that time, David Alonzo was still alive with his partner and sweetheart Tina beside him, providing honest and reliable service to myself and the community. Unfortunately, he is no longer with us but Tina grabbed the wheel without a hiccup, along with two of the most honest and knowledgeable mechanics, I have encountered in my 62 years, Mike and Shawn
Fast-forward to this Wednesday. My car started overheating while in town so I ran it by the shop. They are always so busy, but they found a way to work it in.
On top of that, I had been experiencing trouble with my ignition and thought I needed it replaced so they took a peek.
They could have charged me for an ignition because how would I ever know? But for free, they lubed it up and everything is working great!
This has not happened just this once, but multiple times when they could charge more for something and didn’t
Unfortunately, I have had mega thousands of dollars basically stolen from me due to trusting the wrong people.
TRUST… It’s so foundational in a relationship. It’s so hard to find. But I truly thank God for leading me to these people because I do trust them and rightfully so.
I am a single grandmother raising my baby granddaughter, and I must surround myself with people I can depend on, trust and respect.
I embrace all these qualities in my relationship with the people at Pit Stop.
Also the benefits of coming here do not stop there. Their prices are far cheaper than any competitor! Just spoken from one with experience and research!”

I wonder why Kisse doesn’t have flyers about makes and models of vehicles that Ford offers in the guest area. Not everyone is interested in trucks or a mustang.
If I wanted to trade in my vehicle those 2 vehicles would not be a consideration.

So happy I did. They were quick to get me in the next day. Took the time to show me the different tint options on my car. “Highly recommend this amazing shop. Their whole family helps runs the business. It’s super clean and Anthony is so knowledgeable. My bus was having a crazy issue they got me in that day, fixed the alternator and had me on my way. Unfortunately that didn’t fix this reoccurring issue. Anthony took so much time and found the tiniest knick in a wire that was causing a grounding issue. This is the 2nd shop to look at this problem. The last shop had it for weeks and was only able to temporarily fix the issue. I’m so impressed and thankful. We were back on the road finishing our cross country adventure the same day.”
“Coming from Chicago for a funeral in Claremore, I limped in with a swollen radiator hose on my old Mercury. Some would have taken advantage but I got a fair price up front and they found the upper and lower hoses in town right before closing and installed them first thing the next morning. Very professional and efficient. Highly recommend.”

We figured we would have to rent a car and leave the van at a shop (it was Friday afternoon), but Darren got started on the work (alternator replacement) as soon as the tow truck dropped off the van and got the repair completed within 3 hours. “On a father son adventure my son and I started when he was three years old, we finally four years later had a running dune buggy. We experienced some set backs and I’ll be honest on the 2110cc engine we had put a MST part only because it’s name was like “Nike” and that’s what the cool kids had.
