Today 2 young men took care of my battery replacement since I didn't have any tools with me and was just about out of gas, so it needed to be changed on the spot.

“Had the best Oreilly experience today at this location after many unhelpful visits at different locations over the last few years. They were incredibly helpful with my service light and diagnostic check, helped me get the part needed, which was in stock at a good price, and even assisted with finding a local shop to help swap the part out same day. “I just purchased a 2024 Kia Sorento from out of state. There was a small crack in the bumper and the dealership agreed to pay for the repair. I dropped my car off at Gerber on Monday and picked it up on Wednesday. Brand new bumper and got an awesome detail. The staff is great! They tested all the sensors to confirm everything was in working order, they handled everything and kept me up to date on the progress. Their customer service and attention to detail is exceptional. Very rarely do I need a body shop but I always recommend Gerber as the place to go!”

“I called for the possibility they may have a part for my RV exhaust fan. The owner said he had some old RVs in the yard. If I fined what I needed, I could pull it and pay $45.
When i got there he had a guy help me fined and remove the part. When I went to pay he said it would be $25. I gave the helper a tip and paid for the part. Great place, especially since I was heading back home in AZ.

“Appointment at 9 am to replace all four tires. Pulling away from the shop at 10:20. No stripped studs or missing nuts. Car drives well so I know tires are balanced well. Only thing I noticed was that they use torque sticks when putting on the new tires. Not the end of the world but not up to the standard of a good torque wrench. Still better than hammering down the lug nuts with an impact like most shops do. Great tires and service at a great price. I’ll be back ?”
