I didn't have to wait very long. People were polite. The associate that I saw knew enough about what he was doing, he wasn't explaining one thing well enough to me. He was telling me that he couldn't do what I need done, but someone else could.

Because i can't give them a zero. ATM card never works. Been around and around with them. Needed money for an emergency today, I'm not authorized to access MY money.
