We have used RCB Bank for over 20 years. We’ve found all of the staff to be extremely helpful and knowledgeable. However a few days ago, I was having a small issue with their online banking. Carrie Lefever to the rescue. She was very professional, knowledgeable and resolved my problem immediately. She represented her company well. I would definitely recommend them for all your business and personal banking needs. I’m 100% satisfied!

RCB is consistently updating their systems which sounds great at first, but each update comes with new problems that RCB is consistently slow to resolve. The customer is left waiting days, sometimes weeks for access to their account/funds to be restored. If I didn’t have an auto loan with them I’d likely have left years ago. Now I feel trapped in their broken system.Nice people, terrible data storage, slow customer service, always waiting for something to go wrong. Wouldn’t recommend banking with RCB.

They care very little about their customers and constantly change their systems requiring new cards and new mobile app login. I am currently locked out of my account and have left multiple messages with absolutely no hope to hear back from anyone. I'm closing this RCB account this Saturday. Updating all my checking information will be a hassle, but at least I'll be done with RCB. Long Live Lakside!

This bank will force you to update the app on your phone and lose all of your info, when you call they absolutely will not answer the phone to help. I assume that they are inundated with calls due to the update but there is no resolution besides waiting to call another day. Their phone is setup to keep you from talking to a real person and the automated system cannot help. I am not able to get into my online banking and have no access to transfer funds unless I physically go there. Beware of the system as it is not there to help you. Horrible Experience!! I will be closing my account!

AVP/Call Center Manager Lisa, she is so amazing, she answered all questions. She went above and beyond customer service. She was so familiar with all of Rcb banking procedures. She knows her job, She knew the Rcb computer system. Also, she was able to pulled up info before I could find my notes. She is definitely a great asset to the Rcb bank. I have banked with Rcb since 1999. when I have a question alot times, the banking staff has to find out and get back with me. I was definitely wowed today!!

Why dont the tellers count money back to customers?? For years it has been they count it to make sure it is all correct. Why do I have to stand there and count the money. If it isnt in their pay grade then it should at least be courtesy!!
