“I was worried at first when I seen their reviews, but this was my experience. I had my transmission rebuilt with them. I had issues. I was really concerned. They let me know up front that being that they do not have a secretary that answering the phone is a struggle that they are in attempts to fix. They let me know that they would reach out to me when it was ready and it may take them a little while but hopefully 2 weeks. I was really not happy about that initially, but I understood. This is just a small time shop, i got my truck back and its been great, i havent had any more issues since. I like to support small businesses and i feel these guys needed a little boost and even with the negative i still give 5 stars because the work is good, the guys are nice, the one girl is fairly knowledgeable.”
