Recently I have had the opportunity to work with Makenzie at the Collinsville location on a vehicle loan. The timing of the purchase continued to be pushed out, but Makenzie was excellent in every step along the way. Her professionalism and communication skills were awesome. She went to work to help secure the best rates, educated us and showed an extreme amount of patience. Even as the loan timing moved, she worked with us to offset the Fed rates increasing and was very responsive. I look forward to working with OCCU in the future.”

“My son has his checking account at this RCB branch. They are just a block from our house. Drive thru has easy-to-reach ATM. I use this ATM when I cannot get to my bank. Small charge but it would take more gas to go to my bank nearly 5 miles from my house. I will probably move my account to RCB since they are much closer. They have online banking. Son has used their ATM and he has direct deposit I find this service at my bank to be a great convenience when depositing my retirement check. I have met with of their branch managers. Staff is friendly and helpful. I can get change there for garage sales anytime even though my checking account is at a different bank.”
