“Cade was awesome! I no more submit my application and he was calling me. He walked me through everything, took his time, listened to me every step of the way and the next day I had my new car. Best car buying experience ever. He is so personable kind and knows what he's doing. Thanks Cade”

“This last year we setup an FSA account at CFCU. The entire process was smooth and easy. Even having to deal with some logistical issues at my company, CFCU staff were very helpful and friendly, not minding that we had to do the same thing every two weeks for awhile. I also financed a vehicle purchase through them and have been totally satisfied with that entire process as well.”

“Needed a little extra $ to fix up our car due to wear. Maddy and Thomas at Onemain were able to help me past a transition of work places, and took care of me in 45 minutes. Ive done business with their branch for over a decade, and they have always treated me well. Even if loan terms these days are tough, they make you feel respected, and are superior in their efficiency. Thank you sincerely for making it easy for me to keep going when it goes wrong.”

“I just want to give Rhonda a shout out. She helped me by adding my husband onto my account when he wasn’t there in person. She also called us to ensure that our card was working. When she called she also told us about their deal on their credit cards. I explained as to why we can’t get another card due to our financial situation. She went out of her way and gave us a $10 gift card. Your act of kindness and generosity does not go unnoticed. God bless you. Thank you🥺”

“So I was a customer of.F&M bank, and was very surprised how little things changed for me! When I had an issue recently, Jarrod Dutra went WAY ABOVE AND BEYOND for me! He did things I never would have thought that a bank would do for a customer!! I always tell people to bank with them when I’m asked about who to bank with, but now I’m going to advertise for them! They are THE BEST!! Also, Sam is wonderful as well!”

“My wife and I recently visited Arvest Bank looking for financial guidance for a family member. We met with Ozzy Vieira Lopes, who took the time to listen carefully and genuinely understand our situation. Rather than offering a standard solution, Ozzy thoughtfully explored several options and helped us find an approach that worked well for everyone involved. His knowledge, professionalism, and willingness to help made a complicated situation much easier to navigate. We've been Arvest customers for many years, and experiences like this are why we'll continue to be loyal customers. Thank you, Ozzy, for your outstanding customer service, and thank you to Arvest Bank for having employees who truly care about their customers.”

“Nice people, competent and knowledgeable. Almost always instant service, no waiting in line. Everything is nice except the stupid new name of “we street” instead of Tulsa Federal Credit Union. The new name does nothing to describe their service. It is about as definitive and elegant as calling it “ gazornaflatz” or humbadeebee !”

“Arvest Bank I've been with them from day one. They are a caring Bank. I've had problems with wrongful charges. They were right on it. Loans or anything you need. They are very professional caring people and they still have the same name. Unlike many Banks being renamed or sold.”
