“Excellent customer service! Owners are customer oriented therefore their staff attends to details… they are consistent, hard working, knowledgeable, resourceful, detail oriented, prompt yet thorough. They have a very clean, spacious, well appointed waiting room… plus donuts on Saturdays ?”
“Clean, basic, well maintained car wash facility that is relatively affordable and is not usually overly busy. One decent touchless automatic car wash and several self service wash bays.”

“Clean & affordable. You'll need quarters or dollars to get change. It requires $2 worth of quarters to get started and you can add quarters for additional time. I ended up spending $3.50. The great news is the vacuums are completely FREE.”

“Everytime I go people are kind, helpful. At this point in my membership some of them even recognize my car! A small area in the front with toys my kids can play with while we wait. Wait times vary depending on amount of staff and if it's a peak time or not, but that's to be understood anywhere you go. Highly recommend.”

“A clean and well kept facility. Price is typical for a self service car wash. Is a bit of a prob finding for the first time as it is tucked away in a business area. Recommend”

“Despite all the negative reviews.....I had a great experience. Excellent high pressure, hot water with plenty of soap. I did the pre wash/soak first then power washed it. Water stayed hot and the soap spray steady. I wasn't expecting a miracle as I hadn't washed my truck since Spring and it's nearing the end of August. It had layers of dirt and bird poop on it so, I was pleasantly surprised how clean it looked when I was done. I used my credit card and got out of there for $8 and some change which I thought was reasonable since I took my time washing my truck. I will be a returning customer.”
“This car was is very good! Free vacuum and need I say any more!? Free vacuum guys!! Free! I love free! Although its very busy considering the free vacuum it's worth the wait 😉”

“Shaye at Tommy’s Express Car Wash provided outstanding customer service from start to finish. Friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of. The wash itself was fast, efficient, and left my vehicle looking spotless. You can tell Shaye truly cares about the customers and takes pride in the job. Highly recommend stopping by if you want great service and a clean ride!”
