“Not a big box store shopper but needed some 4x4 white ceramic tile for a DIY coaster project. They had the best price around at .11 cents each. Just picked up a case of 100 which makes it easier to handle. Was having a hard time finding them and I asked for some help. It took us a few minutes to locate them but finally. Then it's self checkout which I don't care for but there was a nice young lady there to greet me and tell me if I needed any help just holler. All went good and she thanked me for coming. Over all good experience.”

“Scheduled an appointment for someone to come by re: insulation for my trailer. ( Under the trailer) I called them! Then it was told to me that they don't insulate trailers... Why didn't they just tell me! OR,,,, call for the cancellation!? Big butt heads!!! ?That's okay. Found another. Expensive to do! Not common to get this done!$3,800. Still cold.☃️❄️ Put more carpet down. All is well.”

“The girls who work here are amazing. Justine really knows how to run that store. She is very honest and kind, good values as a store manager. I have been working with rent a center for years and honestly, this is the best store and experience I’ve had the pleasure of experiencing. I went here for an IMAC and unfortunately they didn’t have one. They quickly found one at another store and I got it same day. When I received from another store, the quality was not the greatest and the manager at the NW OKC store completely lied to me on the quality. It was disgusting and filthy with scratches. I didn’t even get a charger and had to buy one myself. He said everything was new and good to go. I was just going to clean it myself and move on. I got home and cleaned it and ended up having to call apple to get it reset and deleted because there was still someone else logged in to the computer! Took 3 hours and was an huge inconvenience. I called the store I ordered it from (Moore) and Justine apologized profusely and asked if there is anything she could do or exchange. I was fine with the computer as it still worked, well I thought it worked great anyway lol. When I started actually using it for work, it shut off randomly for some reason! I called Justine to let her know and possibly see if I could exchange it and she was extremely helpful and nice. She immediately ordered me a new one and went through hoops to get it through another store for me. I received it within a week. This computer is an upgrade from the first and over all More money at the end but she still managed to get my monthly payments the same. I am BEYOND APPRECIATIVE of Justine and all of her help. She definitely made up for the nightmare of a manager at the OKC NW rent a center store. Thank you!”

We try calling BestBuy customer service, but was not helpful.
The water takes a very long time to boil.

“I am so disappointed in the customer service. I placed an order online for a washer, it took 8 days for it to be delivered! Now that would have been ok had they notified me that there was a delay, especially since it says it was going to be delivered within 2-3 days. Then when I finally get it, I had to figure out that the guys didn’t plug it in nor did they connect the hose, evidently, since I attempted to wash a load, and my laundry room was flooded! I tried to call for a service call, after 5 pm, no one answered the phone when online it clearly states they are open until 8pm! At this point, I just want them to come get it and I go elsewhere!! Update: I got ahold of someone around 10:30 the next morning! I was so pleased with the young man’s honesty and admittance about not plugging the machine in, I think his name is Eric, he assured me it would be done today! Claude arrived and put the everything on correctly! I am now a very satisfied customer!!”
