“So many things in here that can help benefit your bakery or even if you're just wanting to decorate your kids cake with some basketball, dinosaur, dragons toppers, she has all sorts of toppers/decor. From sprinkles, food coloring, flavoring, boards for underneath the cakes, boxes for cakes and plastic ones too, doily liners, cupcake liners, piping bags, cake pans(fat daddio), BIG cake pans too! Melting chocolates, silicone molds, spatulas, cookie scoops, sticks for cake pops, so many cookie cutters & mini ones too. You can call in an order if needed. They're a great help.”

“When we remodeled our bathrooms in 2019 our GC took us to Ferguson to choose our fixtures. That experience was fantastic, we were shown only items that fit within our budget and when we needed to compromise on some items due to cost we weren't made to feel like we weren't worth their time.Fast forward go 2023, our faucets developed some flow issues and the plumber we hired to repair them caused more issues than they fixed. I decided to deal with the problem myself and went back to Ferguson to ask for help. Not only did the parts department take the time to find the schematic for my faucet (which is being retired by the manufacturer I learned) but when they couldn't find anyone who had the part in stock they took me to Loretta who took my info and said she'd look into it.Due to Loretta's help I'm now getting new faucets covered under warranty and she did ALL the work to help me! I don't know if/when we will do another remodel, but our fixtures will come from Ferguson for sure!”

Why didn't they just tell me! OR,,,, call for the cancellation!? Big butt heads!!! ?That's okay. Found another. Expensive to do! Not common to get this done!$3,800. Still cold.☃️❄️ Put more carpet down. All is well.”

“Had a curbside order that was ready to pickup but 9 a.m. was the earliest I could pick it up. Got in the parking spot and prepared to load after submitting the required information via their app. After about 15 minutes one of their employees was walking by and I asked her if there was something else I was supposed to do. She said she would take care of it and momentarily an employee came out apologizing for the delay. She directed me to another area where I was loaded immediately by their friendly and accommodating team members”

“Come in on Indiana Ave, not Blackwelder. Tried to come in that way to back in sight side, and was extremely difficult. If you come in to try and sight side, there’s also nowhere to turn around and get in blindside without having to back up on the service road which gets very busy. You have to turn on Indiana Ave and blind side back into the dock. One of the rare places that it’s actually much easier to blind side into the dock due to the orientation of the road to the dock. If you come in near your appointment time, they do a good job to get you unloaded quickly.”

Rodney Scannell helped me through the process and had some great recommendations. Ordered what I needed and I was good to go. Great Service! Thank you Overtime I have become involved in more projects and I do my own work. As a result, in my experience Lowe's is focused on the typical home owner and Home Depot is focused on those wo do the work.
