“I can’t say enough good things about U-Stor Storage in Del City! This location is managed by a husband and wife team—Jerry and Nancy—an older couple who are truly gems. They’re very straightforward and professional, yet incredibly kind and personable. You can tell they’ve been doing this for a long time—the way they run their business reflects experience, efficiency, and genuine care for their customers.

They are knowledgeable about their services and always willing to help. A perfect example: I was recently moving from one storage unit to another and had left some of my belongings out early in the morning as I was going back and forth. Since this is a gated facility that requires a key code to enter and exit, I didn’t expect anyone else to be there at that hour. Unfortunately, a vehicle came through and took some of my things. I called Nancy the next morning, and not only did she take the time to really listen, but by the very next day she called me back to let me know they had recovered my items! I was shocked and so grateful.

That kind of care and customer service is rare these days. If you’re looking for a clean, secure, and well-managed storage facility with people who truly go above and beyond, I highly recommend U-Stor Storage in Del City.”
