“AK and Mike were SUPER helpful getting my business account up and going. Colton, Mike and AK took a really bad experience and completely changed my perception of Verizon!”

“The service I received was amazing great employees all of them but they had to wait so long for someone else to do their job so that they could finish with me .... These guys would've had me in and out quickly if they wouldn't have had to wait for someone through a computer to approve my account please improve the response time for them so they can do their job easier and faster”

“I called the store for information. The store manager, I believe her name was Dashia, Was so helpful, She acted like I was not bothering her at all. She was willing to answer all of my questions. Give me answers to multiple different things that I was asking just because I didn't want to drive into town and waste my time. I wish everyone gave customer service the way that she did today. And so I just wanted to shout her out, and we will definitely be changing to T-Mobile.”

“I had a great experience with Elvis today, I ordered a recliner online ahead of speaking with the store. After I placed the order online I followed up at the store to see when they might be able to deliver. They got my recliner delivered to me the same day I ordered it. My wife had surgery and she desperately needed it because everything else made her really uncomfortable. Thanks again, Randall M.”
