“I called the store for information. The store manager, I believe her name was Dashia, Was so helpful, She acted like I was not bothering her at all. She was willing to answer all of my questions. Give me answers to multiple different things that I was asking just because I didn't want to drive into town and waste my time. I wish everyone gave customer service the way that she did today. And so I just wanted to shout her out, and we will definitely be changing to T-Mobile.”

“Today had issue with my upgrade phone very courteous long hair gentleman straightening it right out. Not like previous lady who seemed to have bugs crawling all over her constantly looking out window ,, snorting and scratching like she was bored. Haven't seen her since. Hope she got the help she needed because she did not help me at that time. But happy nowUpdate. I was lied to about my phone upgrade being free. they charged on the business account the phone I got.. My brother went ahead and paid for it. however The phone I got was not able to be used on the business account... Need to make sure you know what your saying before telling a customer the phone will be a free upgrade then turn around and charge for it.”
