“after years of moves and using stirages my entire adult life finally ive cale to a slfacility where there was actually a human being present and you guys have the best person on your staff. Jess was such a help and really takes it serious about the customer being important and that was the first time ever in a storage facility i felt comfortable and was being helped...everyone else ive had to deal with in that industry are just simply unhappy. But jess loves her job and takes pride in knowing the entire business by heart. Shes a good one for sure thanks sgain i will highly recommend your business as a great business”
“Older units however their staff is awesome. They caught us with their storage unit unlocked at one point and helped us get it locked and secured. They monitor and patrol and check on things regularly. Just amazing people.”

That would be the only thing i change, make it easier to book uhaul and claim storage. There was nothing the ladies could have done about that.”

No special treatment or heavy handed behavior towards less known customers. For a small town, or anywhere really, pleasant, firm and fair expectations and behavior. Fair, consistent and flexible.”
“The General Manager went above and Beyond the expected level of service and customer satisfaction. We reserved a one-way truck and car transport in Atoka about 2 weeks prior.. 2 days prior to pick up we were contacted by corporate office the equipment was only available from Durant. When checking in, we were told the transport wasn't available till the next day which didn't work for us because we were already set to load and leave. We were contacted Saturday morning by the GM from Durant that has the equipment is available but at this point I didn't have the extra hour and half time to stop our momentum of packing and loading. So she offered to show up the next morning on a Sunday with it. Right on time she showed up as promised and delivered the transport trailer which saved my wife from driving the car the 26 hours it took us to get to California. We are truly grateful and appreciative for her willingness to deliver on customer satisfaction.”

“I have had a good experience. One of the nicest storage facilities in the Durant area. Access has been easier too, I was able to make up my own access code instead of having to keep up with a random one. Paying online is also more streamlined than at my other storage place.”
