“I went in today to get a storage unit. Tami was working and was incredibly sweet and helpful. Unfortunately the long term employees had decided to walk out within the last few days leaving no one to man the store or help with storage/postal services. Tami came from another store with little knowledge of this stores postal services etc., but handled the challenge with an awesome attitude, kindness and professionalism. I had a small problem getting into my new unit and not only did she do everything she could to help me, but followed up as promised to make sure I was able to get my furniture moved today. Tami is a shining star and a valuable asset to 5 star storage and I hope management recognizes her hard work and ability to remain calm and professional in a stressful situation. Thank you Tami! 🩷”
“The storage facility is very safe. Plenty of room to get a truck and trailer through. Staff was friendly and helpful. They are the less expensive storage for that area also. No runaround just fast time of paying and getting my locker number. Always easy to access with no wait.”

“Although the original vehicle I rented was not available the day I needed it (an 8' truck because it had issues), the front desk lady was so helpful getting me another vehicle to get my dad's Father's Day gift! I appreciate how willing she was to help me out and to find a new solution!”
“A really good storage place
Chris is a pleasure yo work with and he tries to make it easy to rent. The place is climate controlled, well lit, and always clean. The only drawback in limited parking to load and unload.”
“Amazing customer service!! Was having issues accessing our unit after hours and Zach noticed during his off hours at home and called me to assist when he didn’t have to. That right there just earned all my business for storage needs!”
“DK Storage is very easy and convenient to store our valuables. I do wish they had concrete instead of a rock surface to drive on, but it's still a great storage facility.”
