Terra was absolutely incredible handling a RUDE & irate customer this morning (seriously this customer was being a “Karen”.) Congratulations with training your employees on how to handle and diffuse difficult people & situations. 5 stars for Terra. (And to the customer- you need to be KINDER!!)
