“Bought an ice maker from them. They make a big deal about accepting the delivery. You must be sure there is no damage before signing. I saw shifted pallet and checked for damage and did not see any. So I let the driver go. I would suggest not doing that as when I totally unboxed I found the damage. I took photos and reached out immediately and they took care of my problem. I think without photos and a quick reply it might have went differently. Completely unbox if you suspect damage is the moral of this review!”
