“had a problem that required maintenance the other day, and the maintenance staff member Justin came to help me as soon as I was available. He was patient and waited for me to get home which goes a long way for me. he's professional, and great with animals. My dog gets severe anxiety from ppl being in my home but she loved Justin and it ended up being a great interaction. he's a true craftsman, and I couldn't be more appreciative that he's apart of the staff here. thanks fountain lake for having such a great maintenance staff. continued service at this level of hospitality has been the trend here with the maintenance staff. each interaction continues to give me a positive outlook on the complex and I couldn't be more grateful.”

“Not only did Jackie and Kevin help me figure everything out through one of my biggest transitionary periods, but Jackie stayed after they closed finalizing my paperwork and really going above and beyond to make sure I got into a safe, secure, clean home. We went through and toured and there was only one issue I saw and before I even moved in they got it fixed! The community is a gem for Edmond. Particularly, I am excited to use the sauna, the indoor basketball course, and the on site gym. Above and beyond across all forms.”
