“Came looking a couple weeks ago for a place and Aileen was super helpful I will definitely consider this place in the future. Had a bad experience at a different place recently that reminded me of her because she went above and beyond the standard. Finding a good place to rent is difficult but she was really helpful and gave a great tour. Even though it didn’t work out I always recommend these apartments because of her!”

“I haven’t moved in yet but I looked all over for a 1 bedroom with these amenities, size and style. Ultimately it was the staff that was the decider. Micaela & Katie are fantastic. Timely and professional responses. They were more than happy answering my questions and showing me multiple Aparments of the course of a week with no guarantee of me renting. The people who live here that I spoke with told me that maintenance is the same way. Can’t really ask for more than that when it comes to apartment living. Can’t teach or pay people to care in this industry. The property management companies either hire the right people and foster the right environment or they don’t. This place does it well. The layout of the property is built to create a community environment and to me with where we are in this country I think that’s really important.”

“I’ve lived here through some rough luck, but I’m giving this place five stars because management has consistently treated me fairly and worked with me even during stressful situations.
When a maintenance mistake in the unit above mine caused a major flood that ruined a lot of my belongings, it was a mess for everyone involved, but they still made sure I had a path forward and helped me get into a new unit quickly without extra fees.
Another incident—catalytic-converter theft affecting several residents, including my mother—was bad luck, not negligence; they already had regular security patrols, and sometimes things just happen between them.
On a day-to-day level, maintenance responds quickly, the grounds stay clean, and despite being near Meridian, the complex feels tucked away and generally safe. A few tenants don’t pick up after their dogs, but otherwise there aren’t the typical “bad apartment” issues you hear about. It’s a small, quiet community with a mix of elderly and disabled tenants, two pools, ponds, and a dog park. Overall, even with the setbacks I’ve had, the staff has always treated me with respect and made it worth staying.

It’s a for-profit corporate complex, so of course the lease is built to protect their interests—nothing surprising there. The difference is that everything is spelled out plainly. Even the small stuff, like the optional rent-reporting fee you have to opt out of early, is right there in the paperwork if you actually read it. Compared to other places I’ve lived in Oklahoma—where hidden clauses, negligence, and 'that’s what tenant law allows' are normal—this complex is straightforward. They mitigate risk, they don’t prey on people.”

The best part I ever live in clean love your staff so when it was time for me to renew my lease I was talking to a young lady and I was letting her know how I felt about her property and I just needed to know. I am glad to be attended me and Granddaughter now when they do breakfast, they need to do it on my day off, lol but I just needed you guys to know how I felt about the appointment even though y’all didn’t tell me about the people upstairs but I can deal with it. “Summerfield Place is a very quiet place to live. The park it just a simple walk down the road and you never know what wildlife you'll see. Any maintenance issues I've had, have been resolved very quickly. The grounds are kept clean and tidy as well.”

“We’ve lived at Steelyard for a few months now and absolutely love it. It was so clean when we moved in. The facilities are kept up so nicely. The staff here is phenomenal. They make you feel like they know you personally and are always happy to see us around the community. They are also always hosting something fun every month. My favorite part is how safe it feels. The buildings and parking garage are very secure yet easily accessible for residents.”

“This is one of the best most cleanest professional apartments in okc. The application process is smooth and easy, I remember the day i got accepted and moved in I had about 2000$ ready to pay all the fees to get my keys and they told me no don’t worry about it ur first month is free, the best day ever. They won’t stress you out or bug you for fees constantly like most apartments, they are very affordable, they DO NOT have any bugs I literally did not see a single critter of any type the entire time I lived there, and they are so understanding and welcoming. Especially jennie she is a very sweet understanding woman she has a heart of gold and tries her very best every time. I’ll always recommend this complex I’ll miss it forever. -samantha anderson.”

“I have lived at Sycamore farms over 3 years and this is by far the best apartment complex I've ever lived. It is a great place if you have a dog the walking trail feels like your walking your dog in the park. The staff is always very helpful responsive and friendly and the maintenance is very fast to fix any maintenance issues. The light went out on my microwave a few weeks ago and they were so nice to replace it with a brand new microwave. I think this is the best apartment in Oklahoma city and it's close to the mall and all the stores and restaurants. You will be very happy with the great quality you get when you are a resident. Also 2 great swimming pools.”

“Things at Aspen Walk are running smoothly since we got the new manager last year. It has taken her awhile however this is a very nice place to live now. Mary Ann is the best Manager we have had and I have lived here 5 years and have no intention of moving.”

“I'm just staying here for a few more weeks until I can go home,but so far not bad at all seems they've been able to follow suit with most other complexes this summer and switch to vinal flooring soooo much cleaner then carpet way easier to maintain the ceiling fans in every space but the bathrooms and kitchen super awesome nice touch,they could've done better patch work every patch is visible and under the sinks there's no walls at least in the unit I reside in momentarily.theres a constant need for yard work let's just say I'm almost to the point where I'm just going to do it myself? but this place over all is nice and hopefully only to get nicer...just one question why is the office building so small where do they keep there on hands for maintaince work.”

“moved here in fall of 2022. at first when moving in the company who runs the complex was short staffed + was undergoing some changes so have had to be understanding and patient with my experience being here and some of the issues that had to be addressed along the way. any issues that have had since being here have all be resolved tho. the most game changing thing they have done is bring ashley on to the team. she has been such a blessing when it comes to helping figure out matters + working with you when it is needed, she has been more than understanding + willing to do what she can when she can. if you’re willing to work with her, she’s willing to work with you. with her supporting their team it seems this place is coming together more which has been needed and will make this place even better. overall so recommend this place to ppl. especially if you’re wanting to live on your own or if it’s just a couple of ppl living together. it’s small but just enough space, and it’s so homey. even tho it’s small it’s actually bigger in some ways than you would think too. and it’s cool that there’s an upstairs and downstairs. will say the heating and air get a little weird, like one part of the house will be a different degree than the other, but it’s nothing you can’t work with. it’s basically just drafty maybe you could say? this has turned into a ramble. well to wrap this up am a current resident who recommends this place to anyone looking for a more cost friendly, homey feeling, convenient place to live. you really can’t beat the price for how cute the little townhome is inside. and with ashley on the team + all the other news members it seems like things are in good hands, which it’s nice know you’re going to be taken care of.”

“They have really cute apartments but shortly after moving in we started seeing roaches. The leasing manager is very quick to evict you even of you're an hour late and does not accept partial payments. I wish they were more understanding and I would have stayed a resident there.”

The staff is very friendly, thorough, and always willing to go the extra mile to answer any questions you have. They always answer the phones. “Lived here for 2 years after moving states and after being in a different apartment in OKC that I had to leave early for a bad situation. This place helped me pick up the pieces and get out quick. And the staff was incredibly kind, responsive and understanding. Only ever had small maintenance issues that sometimes needed extra follow-up on but they made sure I was at minimum heard, and promptly answered.”

“Just a few days into moving in so far so good haven’t dealt with any issues like a lot of other people are speaking about in other reviews it’s pretty clean the golf course is nice pretty safe to walk around. They’ve got lots of things you can do. Gym, volleyball, basketball, tennis or swimming. No mold or bugs YET although our heat doesn’t work at the moment maintenance has not fixed it but they did give us a portable heater to use. Besides that’s I have no complaints if anything pops up I’ll come back to this.”
