“4/??/2023We (couple, two dogs) have been here a month now, and so far and the office staff and maintaining staff has been amazing. Chris, Cheyenne, Anna and everyone have all been extremely responsive, kind and professional. So far we are really enjoying living in this community.9/14/2023 update.We are still enjoying living in this community over all. It is one of the cheaper communities in the area, and the office staff is still responsive and kind. The complex is quiet over all and the neighbors are relatively friendly in passing.However here are a few of my chief complaints. Cost of rent (around $1100 total.) compared to amenities offered. (Pool wasn’t maintained well over the summer, was filled twice & then closed towards the end of August due to someone getting sick in it. And it is still sitting swampy at this time due to rain.) The “gym” is a nice touch, but it is small had has very little equipment.No patio or balcony areas for upstairs residents. Cleanliness of the complex.Residents are… human. And they act that way. Cigarette butts, trash and dog feces litter the complex.The dog park is not well maintained and is also littered with feces.Parking is awful in the evenings when everyone gets home from work.Recently I’ve been finding one-two roaches at a time.The office staff did send out pest control as quickly as possible, but where there is one there is usually more.The complex is a “no smoking” complex, but obviously people still smoke.Drainage in the complex is awful and it gets swampy quickly when raining.My windows leak when it rains too heavily.I did report this multiple times when we first moved in and Chris did try to fix it.During this past summer my upstairs unit was regularly above 80f, they did send out the ac technician after putting in a maintenance report, he said he was the tech for all of weidners properties in the metro and that the acs just weren’t built to keep up with that kind of heat. It’s true and I understand, but almost every ac unit in this complex is old/dirty and the fins are damaged. We had to get a window ac unit just to “survive.”I had to have my vents cleaned due to mold about a month ago.None of the office staff live on site and the complex is un patrolled. (Update to the complex being unpatrolled, after posting this update I did see a security patrol this same day on 9/14/2023 around 6/7pm.)These are the complaints I have off the top of my head.And as you can see maintenance is still responsive to issues and does their best to remedy them quickly.Over all it is not the worst apartment I have ever rented.10/17/2023I have had to have my unit bombed for pests.I have not seen any other security patrols since the one on 9/14.1/24/2024My rent was raised 7% upon my lease renewal for no upgrades to the unit or property. Yay capitalism.I have not seen any pests since having my unit bombed thankfully. (Knock on wood.)My window was still leaking from when I first moved in until a couple of weeks ago. The complex still has no security, and is still absolutely littered with trash and dog feces. Office staff, maintenance and leasing consultants are still very kind and helpful folks over all.”

“The staff here is truly amazing. After a small hiccup on move in day (no fault of theirs) they seamlessly and kindly got us into a perfect unit. They were professional and courteous despite the demands they faced. Couldn’t be happier with maintenance request times and everything else honestly. We are happy to call Quail Lakes our new home!”

“Absolutely wonderful time here. The leasing office was always attentive and ready to help me out. My apartment felt luxurious with its granite kitchen countertop, stainless steel kitchen sink, built-in microwave, large toilet, and bathtub.Most importantly of all, the leasing office was incredibly helpful. They let me change to an apartment with a considerably lower rent amount after my initial application was approved, but before I signed the lease and moved in. My initial move in, which was after hours + after a 9 hour drive, was seamless with the lockbox. When I moved out, I got the maximum amount I could have gotten back from my deposit as well.The location is far away from commercial areas, which means it's safe but slightly inconvenient. But being next to I-240 is nice, and if you work at Tinker this is absolutely the shortest commute you're going to get; not only is it right next to the base but there's barely any traffic on Air Depot.I had only minor nitpicks that I won't deduct rating for: it took 3 separate work orders to fix my AC, sometimes there's quite a lot of dog p*** on the lawns, the closest available parking might be far away (although there's always plenty of it), and the mailboxes are far back corner of the complex.”

“My mother and I lived there for one year and a half. Everyone there is nice and helpful. All our issues were addressed and solved on time. It is nice, quiet and clean apartment. We had the best living experience there. Thank you for everything.”

“The location alone made this place wonderful. It was an easy walk to enjoy Bluff Creek and the back trails. We probably had the best neighbors as well. Maintenance always addressed our requests in a a timely fashion. The only con I would have is packages delivered right to the office instead of the unit. There’d be days when I wouldn’t know I had a package (and I ordered a lot) until I popped in to see if there was anything that delivered. One of the best pet friendly places I’ve rented. We considered it home until moving out”

The best part I ever live in clean love your staff so when it was time for me to renew my lease I was talking to a young lady and I was letting her know how I felt about her property and I just needed to know. I am glad to be attended me and Granddaughter now when they do breakfast, they need to do it on my day off, lol but I just needed you guys to know how I felt about the appointment even though y’all didn’t tell me about the people upstairs but I can deal with it. “I’ve lived at Waters Edge for almost a year and a half and anytime I’ve had a maintenance issue they have always fixed it the very next day. I’m very pleased with how they handle their business. It really is a nice quiet place to live.”

“We’ve lived at Steelyard for a few months now and absolutely love it. It was so clean when we moved in. The facilities are kept up so nicely. The staff here is phenomenal. They make you feel like they know you personally and are always happy to see us around the community. They are also always hosting something fun every month. My favorite part is how safe it feels. The buildings and parking garage are very secure yet easily accessible for residents.”

“Mary Ann is such a good manager. We get pest control once a month. When I have a question or concern I call up and if she’s busy she always gets back to me the same day. She’s made me and my boyfriends experience for our first apartment amazing. Maintenance man is always around. Thank you Mary Ann for making this place so great!!”

“Laura (i’m sorry or i butchered the spelling) was so amazing. She got back with me quickly and promptly. I originally made a complaint about how they were going to online rent and there was a fee… it was from the credit card company! she informed me how to properly pay rent & refunded me my fee. i am so so pleased with this complex. Any maintenance issues have been handled within 24 hours. I literally put one in saturday & they were here 9am monday morning. every issue we have had have been resolved and fixed within a timely manner. I will be renewing my lease!This is honestly one of the nicest apartment complexes i’ve lived in where maintenance, leasing office, and the apartment have had 0 issues. Highly suggest looking into living here!”

The staff is very friendly, thorough, and always willing to go the extra mile to answer any questions you have. They always answer the phones. “I'm just staying here for a few more weeks until I can go home,but so far not bad at all seems they've been able to follow suit with most other complexes this summer and switch to vinal flooring soooo much cleaner then carpet way easier to maintain the ceiling fans in every space but the bathrooms and kitchen super awesome nice touch,they could've done better patch work every patch is visible and under the sinks there's no walls at least in the unit I reside in momentarily.theres a constant need for yard work let's just say I'm almost to the point where I'm just going to do it myself? but this place over all is nice and hopefully only to get nicer...just one question why is the office building so small where do they keep there on hands for maintaince work.”

“They have really cute apartments but shortly after moving in we started seeing roaches. The leasing manager is very quick to evict you even of you're an hour late and does not accept partial payments. I wish they were more understanding and I would have stayed a resident there.”

“Having a place for my kiddos to run around was a big need for my new apartment. Sycamore offers huge court yards with plenty of space for kids to be kids! I’m happy to be here”

“moved here in fall of 2022. at first when moving in the company who runs the complex was short staffed + was undergoing some changes so have had to be understanding and patient with my experience being here and some of the issues that had to be addressed along the way. any issues that have had since being here have all be resolved tho. the most game changing thing they have done is bring ashley on to the team. she has been such a blessing when it comes to helping figure out matters + working with you when it is needed, she has been more than understanding + willing to do what she can when she can. if you’re willing to work with her, she’s willing to work with you. with her supporting their team it seems this place is coming together more which has been needed and will make this place even better. overall so recommend this place to ppl. especially if you’re wanting to live on your own or if it’s just a couple of ppl living together. it’s small but just enough space, and it’s so homey. even tho it’s small it’s actually bigger in some ways than you would think too. and it’s cool that there’s an upstairs and downstairs. will say the heating and air get a little weird, like one part of the house will be a different degree than the other, but it’s nothing you can’t work with. it’s basically just drafty maybe you could say? this has turned into a ramble. well to wrap this up am a current resident who recommends this place to anyone looking for a more cost friendly, homey feeling, convenient place to live. you really can’t beat the price for how cute the little townhome is inside. and with ashley on the team + all the other news members it seems like things are in good hands, which it’s nice know you’re going to be taken care of.”

“The reason I chose this complex is because it has a working security gate that closes in the evening and opens in the morning.The ladies in the office helped make the long distance transition from another city seamless.They truly are good people.The apartment units are well maintained and come with nice stainless steel appliances. The first thing you will notice are the manicured grounds.”

“Lived here for 2 years after moving states and after being in a different apartment in OKC that I had to leave early for a bad situation. This place helped me pick up the pieces and get out quick. And the staff was incredibly kind, responsive and understanding. Only ever had small maintenance issues that sometimes needed extra follow-up on but they made sure I was at minimum heard, and promptly answered.”
