So, my wife and I are looking around getting scent stuff and other items for our truck and this guy comes and asks us if we need help finding anything, and says it in a way where you can feel the tension rise because he thinks we are stealing, I hate it when you can tell thier purpise of asking if we need help, then due to this we stop looking and decide to buy a battery for the car my wife drives, and we ask the clerk at the front and he shows me the most expensive one and says its the only battery, even though I was watching him scroll down and saw four others, I may have been okay with the one he showed me but since i knew there were others he instantly lost my business and we left, customers deserve to be able to make a choice, bad customer service!!

Always helpful. If they don't have the part in stock they will find it at another store or offer to have it transferred to their store. They also can put the part on hold at another store too. And they price match. Disclaimer I have returned from disability, back to work at AutoZone.

Came for a dead battery and was able to get it tested and changed same day. Tanner was awesome and very helpful. Highly recommend these guys.

I needed an unusual part for my lawnmower and my surprised AutoZone had it. I had called first to make sure In the gentleman was extremely helpful. When I got to the store, the parts were there and I paid for them and there was no problem at all.

I rushed to the store this evening because I needed to return something. I arrived at 8:58pm. I was told that your cash register was already closed and they could not help me with my return because I paid in cash … that didn’t make sense to me because you close at 9pm… a Latino gentleman wearing glasses was completely unapologetic and quite rude! He told me if I had used a card I would be able to make my return, but once the register was closed, there was nothing he could do to help me.What if I wanted to buy something and all I had was cash?? Technically, if I had wanted to buy something and all I had was cash, because he refused my legal tender, I could have just left with the item…Below I will cite the law…"IF THEY REFUSE UR CASH THAN THE DEBT IS CLEARED AND TAKE UR ITEMS AND LEAVE STORES REFUSING U.S. LEGAL TENDER CAN NOT PERSECUTE A PERSON IF THEY REFUSED TO TAKE CASH!"" U.S. TREASURY LAW STATES IT IS UNLAWFUL TO REFUSE LEGAL TENDER ANY BUSINESS CAN ALSO BE REPORTED FOR REFUSING CASH AND REPRIMANDED!""No retail establishment offering goods and services for sale shall discriminate against a cash buyer by requiring the use of credit by a buyer in order to purchase such goods and services. All such retail establishments must accept legal tender when offered as payment by the buyer”So in closing, unless your store has a posted policy, this is unacceptable and illegal. After I return this item at a different location, I will NEVER buy goods from your establishment again. You forever lost my business. Good day

Whoever was working there on 12/15/23 -helped me tremendously. I explained to him that I had a scratch on my car and wasn’t sure which product to get. He came out to my car with me to assess it before recommending a product. I really appreciated that extra effort. The product worked perfectly and my car was good as new!

My car battery went dead at the gas station across the street from this autozone and one of the employees was kind enough to drive me back across the street and install my battery. Awesome!!!! Thank you.
