Went in with battery issues, thought I'd be replacing the battery. Tanner came out and found the issue (connections; he had tested the battery first and it was fine), and got us fixed up in just a few moments. Definitely want to shout out Tanner for his help, calm demeanor, humor, and efficiency! Very personable employee!
