Lynzee was so fantastic. We had a complicated situation that required a couple of visits to the store and she was so patient and took the time to make sure she understood what was going on thoroughly. She really went above and beyond to help out!

UPDATE: I scheduled the technician service had to wait a couple days and the technician didn’t even show up. He called me hours after the appointment was supposed to be over and said oh my bad I’m on the way, but I wasn’t even home at that point. I’m still without Wi-Fi to this day and I don’t believe I’m ever going to buy from Cox again I don’t even have to believe it. I’m not going to buy from Cox again.
They called me without warning saying they were either gonna need to shut off my service or move it in the middle of my workday and I was able to figure out we could just transfer it. Unfortunately, I had to be transferred to a manager to figure that out, but they promised there will be no problems everything it’s figured out and the next day my Wi-Fi just stops working the store doesn’t know what’s wrong and I have to get a technician all in the span of two days

11_28- update. Cox totally defaulted on everything we agreed to on our last visit. The next month they increased our bill by 40 dollars per month. Then refused to transfer me to a manager. Tarik was very uncooperative and not very pleasant. We've been customers for years and get treated like this. Absolutely unacceptable! Dwayne was the most pleasant, customer minded person we've dealt with at Cox. After getting frustrated at the Edmond store we decided to try another store. Much to our surprise, Dwayne was able to solve our issue. Many thanks to him.

I'm surprised at how expensive it is and how slow the cable box's streaming apps are. I'm glad I only have to deal with it when I visit Oklahoma. I wouldn't want that kind of service for my tv.

Tasha Moore was extremely helpful and attentive. She seen me get out of my car and not only held the door for me, but the person behind me as well. She was very thorough and answered all of my questions. Amazing customer service is still out there and she gave me a pleasant reminder. Keep up the great work.

After switching over to Cox from T-Mobile its has been the worse experience ever. I dont care if the price is cheaper at Cox i rather pay more and get better service, customer service, internet service then deal with what u have to deal with at Cox. I have asked for my mobile account to cancel for over 3 months now and still no cancelation. I have switched back and have not had one issue with T-Mobile

I’d give a zero if I could. My sister is disabled and recovering from surgery. She is wheelchair dependent and lives alone here. I had to drive 4 hours from DFW to return her modem that was almost 10 years old because they refused to assist her with a UPS label to return the outdated equipment. Ben R asked her if she could get her neighbor to do it for her. Are you kidding? The modem is so outdated I’m sure it will be trashed. Not to mention that she paid over $1800.00 to rent the modem for 10 years. Cox is disgustingly corrupt and should be shunned like Target.
