Considering this is the only store for Edmond and OKC it’s reasonable to have longer working hours. Will change my rating when this is resolved.PS: Cox is a great company, fastest most reliable Internet, this is only in regard to them having only one location on the north side of the metro

I has service for 17 days all in July. I go in and cancel bring my equipment and say hey I need to pay what I owe. Zach helped me and I was told you don’t owe anything it looks like we are going to owe you. I said oh wow okay it will take a couple of weeks. Then I get a bill in the mail for $98 dollars. I called the store to talk to Zach and he said I remember you. I asked him about it and he says I don’t remember our conversation so I told him what he said and he is like well there is no note about that in the canceled account. I said you told me that I didn’t owe anything you guys owed me and of course he acts as if he has amnesia all of a sudden. I wouldn’t do business with this store at all or with cox in general. This was completely wrong and of course I paid the bill because I didn’t want it to go on my credit. I would just be very careful and get it in writing what you’re told. They will lie though their teeth. I wouldn’t suggest Zach for any help.

NEARLY TRIPLED my internet only bill from $70 to nearly $200. I called and they laughed at me b/c they were the "only option" for my address and they knew other houses in the same zip code had the same option from AT&T for $80/month.Cancelled the service and switching to "phone internet" for 1/4 the price.

This review is for Cox Internet services not the store. COX INTERNET IS THE WORST! The internet goes out atleast 3 times a month at a minimum in my area and it has nothing to do with the weather. As soon as my contract is up I'm done and never coming back!

Recently had to close the Cox account and return the rented modem belonging to my mother in law who has moved to a nursing home. The Cox help line was very unhelpful. I decided to go to the store and return the equipment. The associate, Zac, was quite helpful and allowed me the close the account and return the modem. Great help at a stressful time.

I have never in my adult life been treated with such disrespect as I was at this store. it took me 3 or 4 visits over three months to get my bill straightened out. The last time I went there someone named Heather refused to help me because I didn't know my "PIN number." I've never had a PIN number. I became exasperated and let a curse word slip under my breath as I walked away. (not directed toward her. but, I'm only human) Heather raised her voice and told me to leave. I went to another staff member, Jack, who asked if she had helped me, I said, "no, she wasn't helpful at all. she had a terrible attitude and should be fired." He then said, "if you talk bad about my co-workers, I'm not going to help you." He's the one who asked!!! These people are like dealing with entitled, aggressive car salesmen. You can either call Cox and stay on hold forever, or, go to this store and be dressed down and embarrassed by Heather and Jack.
