Couldn't talk to an actual human as it has a very terrible automated system. Automated system couldn't understand anything. Super lame. Direct us to real people please.

Terrible service! Michelle the pharmisict hung up on me twice! My pain medication was on backorder for over a month, she was NOT willing to assist, provide details, locate medication elsewhere! I had to change pharmacy! CVS has been a constant problem w rude staff at many locations.

Terrible communication. Prescription not in stock. Back ordered. Could have been given option to go to a different pharmacy. Never notified. Now prescription is expired. Ooppsies…not their problem. Lack of empathy and professional care from staff and pharmacist. Find a different pharmacy.
