“Wow, what a refreshing change from Walgreens. We phone in our refills and they're actually ready when promised, unlike W who never lets you know if there is a delay and you waste a trip and generally a long wait in line.
I like the personal touch at Clinic and you know they appreciate your business, unlike the employees at W who seem to be just going through the motions or worse yet are clueless.
Hours aren't as long at Clinic, but still very easy to get medications and the frustration level dealing with Clinic is zero.”

“We always get our flu shots and Immunizations here for our little family. We love the friendly staff whom make the kids feels comfortable and less fearful of shots. They offer them for 3-6 yr old which is hard to find around town. We accidentally got there at 2pm closing which we weren't aware of was their closing time on Saturdays but they stayed a few minutes after closing to get us all vaccinated which we truly appreciate. With our daughter starting kinder and our 3 yr old boy having asthma, we've been sick ALOT since school began, and finally were all healthy enough to come in together. Thank you from our entire hearts ?!! Very nice to find a local place such as this since moving from Texas last year. ?”
“Literally amazing!!! Saved me!!! I am new to the area, and needed a prescription filled urgently. I didn’t know they were around so I had sent it to Walgreens, HUGE MISTAKE! Walgreens received the script at 9am and by 5:30pm they had yet to fill it, told me it’d be another 1hr before it was ready. Only for them to call me & tell me they didn’t have it. Luckily I had called Thrift Pharmacy and they assured me they had it and they’d work on it for me right away. AMAZING EXPERIENCE ALL AROUND. I highly recommend.”

“It’s been awhile since I came into this store. I hold two cards (I went to the other place first) FYI because they both have things I like better. But after today, that has changed. I will go here first.
Did you know, I noticed they have gone back to name brand products.
I had help without hesitation. The store was clean. The cashier was pleasant and actually stepped over to another register to get me a soda glass I paid for.
In the pharmacy, I did have to wait a little bit but it was because she had an elderly man she was very patient with than she apologize to me because she only had a brand product. Oh darn.
Didn’t I say, that Sam’s seems to have brought back brand products. That why I went to the other place first.
And hear this, I walked right out of the door with the guy saying, “Have a great Day!” I didn’t have to get in any line to walk out after I paid.
Thank you Sam’s for the pleasure visit today.

“It’s Sunday, I had an appointment for Monday for a new battery at the dealer & my old battery went out on me Saturday night, couldn’t wait until the next day so I stopped in and they were busy and said it would be a wait, being a busy bee I couldn’t wait so I had to turn down the wait. Joe told me to give him a minute and he ran to the back, when he came back up hesaid go ahead and pull around and they would squeeze me in so I didn’t have to run around in the cold to get my battery replaced. Thanks for squeezing me in and making it happen on short notice!!”
