One customer had an initial issue with a car that had a strong cigarette smell and a terrible sound, but the situation was resolved. A gentleman named Tyrone helped the customer feel better and they were compensated for their troubles. The business does their best to help customers feel good about choosing them. Another customer noted that Stephon helped throughout the process and was very professional, courteous, and all around great service. Even with a little bit of confusion, it was resolved, leaving customers super happy with their experience. The overall experience was amazing, and customers will definitely be back and be regular customers.

This was a great location. The guys were so nice. Even though there was a little bit of confusion it was resolved... super happy with my experience at this location.

Super easy experience. Very helpful crew. I never had to use an uber at either end of my rental. Car was as advertised. No issues with anything. I don't rent often, but I have no doubt that I will rent here again.
