Our loan was sold to this bank and working with them has been a disaster. We need to make a payment on our vehicle and got a charge for a convenience fee.

Terrible bank and worse customer service. Could not successfully open a child's savings account and was given no valid or concrete reason for being rejected after abiding by all bank's requests for documentation. Horrible experience. Do not recommend!
