It’s not just the products that had caught my attention, it was the overall perspective and experience that the business had provided me with. Sincerity, honesty and reassurance is what you will find. I have been with a previous bank who I will not include in this review, but the overall experience and services they provide did not match with the quality of their products and to me, that is the importance of keeping valued customers. “Peoples Bank and Trust completely blew me away with their customer service and willingness to serve my small business. I was left scrambling after applying for the PPP in round 1 with my big bank. When I heard there was going to be a round 2 I called several other banks to see if they could help me. Peoples Bank and Trust took my call when all the other banks were shuffling me around. Travis assured me that they would be able to process my loan. He reviewed my application immediately and even helped me make changes. My loan was processed! About the same time I also received another mass email from my big bank. I had filled something out incorrectly and my application would not be accepted. I am so grateful to Travis and the rest of the staff at Peoples Bank and Trust. They were super nice and friendly when I came in to pick up my check. “I’ve been with them since moving to Oklahoma. Some of their rules are a little ridiculous…bill pay and check deposit wait time. Love the newer location… until they built some businesses across the street. What a nightmare it’s become to get in and out of the bank. Cars for miles. Sure hope the hype of the new shops will wear off and they will clear a way for people needing to get to the bank. I’m thankful there are several other locations to choose from.”

The only thing I can tell to distinguish them, is are they in a safe location, and are they protected from the weather. This is a pretty good place to go, just remember to take your precautions.”
