“I'm a 54 year old vetran man with a bad arm and wanted to take a minute to thank James in the receiving department for Bgoing out of his way to assist me this morning. I'm not surprised by his effort being that he too is a proud vetran. He not only assisted me loading a 130 pound tarp into my truck and also took a brief moment to share a little about himself . What an amazing young man . Thank you James B for your service to our great country and going above and beyond to help another vetran in need. What a great hire for home depot.

“Had a curbside order that was ready to pickup but 9 a.m. was the earliest I could pick it up. Got in the parking spot and prepared to load after submitting the required information via their app. After about 15 minutes one of their employees was walking by and I asked her if there was something else I was supposed to do. She said she would take care of it and momentarily an employee came out apologizing for the delay. She directed me to another area where I was loaded immediately by their friendly and accommodating team members”

“I was asked five times, either if I needed help or just a friendly hello. Then at self checkout the clerk came over and removed a security tag without me even having to ask. As I was walking out to parking lot I greeted once note. NOT a normal experience at other Lowe’s as I travel around Oklahoma. Great customer service”

“Usually don't get my plants at Home Depot, I go to their competitor but everyone needs to go to the Home Depot on Broadway in Edmond. There is a Home Depot employee there named BO that is not only knowledgeable, helpful and kind but he is turning the plant area around.
