Lowe's for all of your home improvement needs. Stop by the local Edmond, OK Lowe’s to pick up gardening supplies, check out new appliances and paint colors or try out new patio furniture. This particular location is one of the better Lowe's; it is always nice and clean, shelves are well stocked, and it's never messy. There is a decent sized garden section during warmer months where the majority of the plants are well maintained. The store also seems to have one of the better light fixture selections. The staff is frequently friendly and helpful. Any time a customer has asked a store associate for help, they have been directed to the right area. The store is veteran friendly and offers a veteran discount all year long. It is also inclusive, providing a Caroline's Cart for shoppers with disabilities. Online order pickup can provide great and fast service. However, experiences with employees can vary. Some customers report feeling ignored or encountering unhelpful and rude staff, particularly at self-checkout. Lowe's may have a severe problem with inventory control, as items shown online as in stock are sometimes not available in the store.

I frequent this Lowe’s a lot and I appreciate their service especially Rhonda. The last couple of times Ive needed help She’s been the one who have to help me and she was always very quick. Had to get an attitude about it and I appreciated Her customer service skills
