On more than one occasion, they’ve even saved my collar stays when I accidentally left them in my shirts—little things like that show how much they pay attention.
Service is fast, friendly, and consistent. The drive-thru window is a huge plus when you’re in a hurry to drop off or pick up. Highly recommend this place.”

“i didn’t have the best result when taking my wedding dress in, HOWEVER !!! when i came to them about it they were the most friendly and helpful people on the planet ! i got my dress back with 3 different holes in the delicate fabric but cherie helped me get it repaired in no time ! i’m less than a week out from my wedding photos and i was stressinggg but she took my dress and personally took it to get fixed ❤ when i went in store to drop it off for the repair i was met with a full refund, a $100 gift card to charlestons and a BEAUTIFUL bouquet of flowers !! i have never felt so special and if you looked up premium customer service, you’d see cherie’s photo pop up ! i couldn’t be happier with how things turned out. my dress looks beautiful, i have a gorgeous center piece for my dining room table, and me a future hubby get a nice dinner for free ! oh also one of the owners came to personally apologize and oh boy did i feel like a celebrity haha ! thank you to everyone at american cleaners; cherie, shaye, and jessica are all amazing women and thank you all so much for your support ❤”
“It was OK. Change machine worked, place was clean and not crowded. Attendant available. Machines worked, but one swallowed one of my quarters without giving me credit, Attendant replaced my quarter.”
