Lapels Cleaners is a place where customers can trust their clothes will be well cared for. Many appreciate the friendly service, with staff members being remembered by regulars, creating a welcoming atmosphere. The shop provides quality dry cleaning, ensuring that clothes always look great. However, there have been some challenges reported, such as issues with redeeming coupons, as some staff members interpret the redemption process differently—either at drop-off or pick-up. While most experiences are positive, there have been instances of items being returned with damages that were not present when dropped off, leading to some dissatisfaction. On a positive note, the convenience of their pickup and delivery service has been highlighted, making it easier for customers to manage their dry cleaning without the hassle of going to the shop. Kerry, a team member, has been specifically noted for her kindness and helpfulness. Overall, Lapels Cleaners is recognized as a reliable option for dry cleaning needs, with a team that works hard to provide excellent service.
I was very pleased with their work as well as their employees. They send me a text message when they are done with my clothes and they always finish it when they said they would.
