“It's a discount store for household/garage/do-it-yourself people. Sure some items are built cheap, but the price is to match. While I've had my fair share of underwhelming products here, surprisingly enough there are some really good products as well. The best way to shop here is to sign up for their coupons, membership and buy during big sales events. Budget friendly, website gives you locations for products, staff is friendly, easy in and out service.”

“Had a curbside order that was ready to pickup but 9 a.m. was the earliest I could pick it up. Got in the parking spot and prepared to load after submitting the required information via their app. After about 15 minutes one of their employees was walking by and I asked her if there was something else I was supposed to do. She said she would take care of it and momentarily an employee came out apologizing for the delay. She directed me to another area where I was loaded immediately by their friendly and accommodating team members”

And the only one I trust, I took my lawn mower in, the guy at the desk was very friendly and took the time to explain the issues and was upfront about and very knowledgeable about parts and prices, he has good quality products and strives to find American made products. “I was asked five times, either if I needed help or just a friendly hello. Then at self checkout the clerk came over and removed a security tag without me even having to ask. As I was walking out to parking lot I greeted once note. NOT a normal experience at other Lowe’s as I travel around Oklahoma. Great customer service”
“I have been a Lowe's fan for 15 years. I have had a few poor experiences with Lowe's over the years. Decided to move to Home Depot and I am glad I did. I had a unique application using Formica. Rodney Scannell helped me through the process and had some great recommendations. Ordered what I needed and I was good to go. Great Service! Thank you Overtime I have become involved in more projects and I do my own work. As a result, in my experience Lowe's is focused on the typical home owner and Home Depot is focused on those wo do the work. I have been to the Edmond store about 8 times so far all the employees on the floor as well as the cashiers are wonderful. Eager to answer your questions and help you find what you need.
