“Went to Home Depot to pick up a security camera. Was needing a Ring black camera (house is black). All we could find was the white one. The first employee went through the complete stock that was locked up. Then sent us to another area where one maybe be. Another employee met us there and called for an employee that specialized in that area (cameras). He did not show up before another employee showed up and started looking. By the time it was all said and done we had 7 employees looking for a black camera. I can't remember when I have had this kind of service. When I told them thank you they said that is our job. I didn't have to tell them this was because the neighborhood was having break ins. BEST SERVICE AROUND!”

“We've been in and out of numerous garden centres and nurseries this past couple of weeks as I'm hoping to deck out our new house with fall flowers. Today was our first time at Under the Sun. What a cute place! Staff were cheerfully greeting us left and right. They had so many of them! What an energetic lot as well. We were offered a cart twice as we wandered around and I find that so welcoming as a couple of my regular nurseries, as lovely as they are, have never taken the time to do the same. As we are literally on the verge of fall, pumpkins, mums, pansies, colourful ornamental cabbages etc. etc. in all their gloriousness were everywhere! They even had a few discounted summer plants too. For a small store they had a good variety of everything. We especially loved the pots and decorations inside the store. They carry products that I don't see in other garden shops which was a nice change. Although we didn't pick up anything today as I'm still in the planning stage of my flowerbed, we will be back once my ideas are more solid. As a non-gardener I don't want to buy everything on a whim, although it takes a lot of restraint, because all the plants and flowers are super enticing but would rather map things out in a drawing first. I did take pictures of all their cute and colourful inventory, though!”

“I have been a Lowe's fan for 15 years. I have had a few poor experiences with Lowe's over the years. Decided to move to Home Depot and I am glad I did. I had a unique application using Formica. Rodney Scannell helped me through the process and had some great recommendations. Ordered what I needed and I was good to go. Great Service! Thank you Overtime I have become involved in more projects and I do my own work. As a result, in my experience Lowe's is focused on the typical home owner and Home Depot is focused on those wo do the work. I have been to the Edmond store about 8 times so far all the employees on the floor as well as the cashiers are wonderful. Eager to answer your questions and help you find what you need.
