“We've been going to Pop for 15 years now. If there is one word I would use to describe him is that he is "honest." He will fix what is truly needed, not what the stealership says you need. And the work is always problem free and reasonably priced. What has worked best for me is to schedule with him in advance and be prepared to drop your car off for the day (or work out with him whether he can do a quick enough turnaround such that you can wait).”

“Second review,Daniel, greeted me by my first name as I entered. The remembered my vehicle because it was parked outside over the weekend. Went to Jiffy Lube and there they told me there was a rear seal leak. They didn’t charge me because they could not fix it. Another great business.He gave me an estimate $1,200 and change and told me I should try Blue Devil product, instead. He had one in the shop and even told me it would be cheaper elsewhere.This business/owner exemplifies top notch customer service and honesty.He is truly honest unlike Kennedy Tire. Kennedy tire has tell people they are honest.Well, Goodyear, Daniel, they don’t need to tell consumers they are honest people. It just shows in their business.”

“It’s Sunday, I had an appointment for Monday for a new battery at the dealer & my old battery went out on me Saturday night, couldn’t wait until the next day so I stopped in and they were busy and said it would be a wait, being a busy bee I couldn’t wait so I had to turn down the wait. Joe told me to give him a minute and he ran to the back, when he came back up hesaid go ahead and pull around and they would squeeze me in so I didn’t have to run around in the cold to get my battery replaced. Thanks for squeezing me in and making it happen on short notice!!”

“We were in town for the weekend and ended up needing an emergency alignment and 4 new tires to be able to drive the 600 miles home. We came in 1 hour before closing on a Saturday and they had us all fixed up and out the door in less than an hour. Awesome people, great service, entertaining conversations with the employees while we waited and so far we really like the Big O brand tires we purchased. Highly recommend this shop!”
