Terrible; don't use for DHL pick up. My first experience at Postal Annex to ship a DHL package was dicey. They didn't act like they had any idea how to handles the customs form and labels I had printed for them. The second time the person seemed more experienced, but was flat out rude and unpleasant. The third time was the worst, and will be my last. I dropped off a package for DHL (with shipping label and customs forms) on 10-04. By 10-10, I hadn't heard from the recipient so I checked tracking and it wasn't even in the system! I called the store on 10-11 and was told my package (for which I paid a lot of money for fast international shipping) was still sitting in the store! They blamed the DHL driver for not picking it up. Postal Annex said they had another package there as well for DHL pick up, that had been there since 10-07. So get off your duff and call DHL to arrange the pick up!!!! That's your JOB. I finally called DHL customer service myself on 10-13 and they had no record in their system of a call for pickup from that store, not after my package was left there on 10-04 and not after the package someone else left there on 10-07. After I spoke directly to DHS customer service, the package was picked up from the store in under 1 hour! If the store's job is to collect packages for different companies (FedEx, UPS, DHL) and then pass them along to those companies, then THE STORE need to be responsible and call again if a pick up doesn't happen! From now on, I'll just arrange pickup from my home, and never patronize Postal Annex again.

Great Customer service. Won an item on Hibid and they handled the shipping well. Took the extra effort to help save cost on shipping and insure the safety of the item. Would Recommend.

My experience with Postal Annex Edmond, owned by Greg Wortham, has been a nightmare.
This is Greg Wortham's email to me on June 12, 2024 (in gallery):
“Hello Scott,
There is no excuse in my actions in dragging this out. And ‘The customer is usually always right’. Our new process in getting all the information to home office in a timely manner is not an acceptable excuse. I can do better and will strive to do so!
I am not very business minded and this is a weakness of mine, but working on it. I can definitely be wiser and better at my packing skills and will be in the future. I truly appreciate the opportunity to help you retrieve your items!
Please let me know how your claim shall be processed out?
Sincerely,
Greg Wortham”
I wish I could say this semi-apology led to the resolution of my claim, but no.
I trusted this company to pack and ship my belongings – the estate of my deceased mother, including irreplaceable fine china, in an international shipment to my home in Australia.
Items arrived damaged, and one valuable piece never arrived at all.
I understand things break. I understand things get lost.
That’s why you get insurance, right?
Wrong says Greg.
Despite repeated attempts to resolve the situation, Greg is dragging out the process for more than 9 months, refusing to take responsibility or addressing the damages.
His latest email, after I complained to the Better Business Bureau (BBB) (in gallery), stated I was required to report damage within 48 hours of delivery, is not part of the contract (in gallery). The contract states I should “alert Annex within 48 hours for further instructions” — not “within 48 hours of delivery.” Greg has added words to the contract to suit his narrative and avoid taking responsibility.
When I signed the carrier’s delivery docket, as confirmed with his colleague Joanne Kirkpatrick (in gallery), I inspected the exterior of the boxes, which showed no visible signs of damage. The real issue was the poor packing inside the boxes, which caused the fine china to be crushed. Greg used oversized boxes, cramming too much into a single box, resulting in internal crushing damage (in gallery).
Despite contacting Greg and his office multiple times over the course of 90 days, they refused to process my claim.
The timeline speaks for itself:
Jan 23, 24: Shipment received.
Jan 29-30, 24: unpacked items, noted damage, and immediately requested an insurance claim form.
Feb 1, 24: Sent a detailed list of damaged and missing items, with photos.
Feb 18, 24: Provided more info as requested.
Feb 28, 24: Requested expedited claim.
Apr 9, 24: Followed up with no response from Greg.
Apr 26, 24: Called the office and was told Greg was concerned about his insurance premiums.
Jun 7, 24: Sent a final email before escalating the matter.
Jun 12, 24: Called again, expressing my frustration at the continued lack of progress.
Jul 2, 24: Left another message, with no response.
Jul 25 & Jul 30, 24: More calls, still nothing.
Most everything can be replaced except for my grandparent's Moss Green tea pot (in gallery), a family heirloom from when my grandfather was Base Commander of Tokyo Air Force Base in the 1940s, never arrived. Greg sent a photo as being packed, yet it never arrived.
Greg’s refusal to process my insurance claim, despite being contacted no less than 7 times within the 90-day period stipulated in the contract, is unacceptable. His attempts to manipulate the terms of the agreement show a clear breach of contract.
Postal Annex Edmond has failed at every level: professional packing, customer service, communication, and resolving issues caused by the owner.&

I dropped a package off with wrong label on it unknowingly. Went back in a few weeks later and just mentioned it because I knew there was no way they'd still have it, and he did! Saved me a couple hundred bucks. Very nice owner too.

Thank you so much for helping me with my notary. I needed a notary for important paperwork and Tiffany helped me and answered all my questions, and put my mind at ease. After all the papers were signed, they were able to overnight them for me. I have been there many times and they are always willing to help with anything. This location is a lot closer than any of the post offices too. Thank you again!
