“The 10x5 storage is accommodating and has a night light. Good location with plenty of security. Christopher was very polite and professional and gave a tour. We were in and out of the office in less than 10 minutes.”
“When I signed up it was Extra Space Storage. When I came back to get my stuff it was U-Haul. But they didn't have a worker in the building like Extra Space Storage did so I had to drive 5 Mi to find out what the gate code was because they changed it. Apparently somebody should have let me know I needed their entry card to get in. The only communication I got from extra space said they no longer owned it. The next letter I got about 4 months later was asking me to change my storage insurance. When I went to pick up my stuff they weren't quite sure of my unit number that I have written down on my contract. They told me they didn't change the numbers but they did and a worker had to leave the location on Broadway to go to the Kelly location to help me find my storage unit since they changed the numbers. I'm sure nobody else will run across this problem unless they haven't been to their storage unit for a few months. If they were an extra space storage person who hasn't been back since uhaul took it over, they're going to need a card and possibly a new unit number. I looked at the number on the door and on the unit. They tried to tell me they didn't change anything but they did because it wasn't the same unit number and building numbers changed. I looked at my original contract when I got home, so this I know was true.”
“I had an emergency on my moving day and had to get a storage close and quick. I met Sean and he helped me out. Was a little tricky my first time figuring out how to get in so, you go in thru the small walk thru gate by the big gate. My storage was clean. And also great was Sean's professionalism and niceness. He didn't mind me rushing him. He worked quickly as he could to help me in my emergency and even looked for any discounts he could give me. I appreciate you Sean for helping me in my time of need. Only had the storage a month so can't really say too much about anything else.”

“Really good experience here. Had a temperature controlled unit for 2 years and when I went to move everything out of it it was as clean as the day I put it in. No insects not even any dust. The prices are reasonable and the employees are kind and knowledgeable. Highly recommend.”
“Great experience for temporary storage! We just needed storage for a month. It was easy to set up, and the employees were helpful and easy to work with. Easy access to the gates, using the app. We used a climate controlled unit. Doors to access the building were nice and wide, which helped with a couple pieces of furniture. If we needed to ever use storage again, this place would be our first choice!”
“Mr. Dan was so kind and helpful! My grandma was moving and I was helping her (I’ve never moved someone myself before) We had some trouble with opening the gate and struggled finding our own information, but he helped us find our information. we eventually found our info and we were able to get in! We had been really stressed but he was so kind and calm, and so patient, it meant a lot. He told us where to go, and once we had gotten to the unit, he even came all the way out to make sure we had found it! He was so so kind, and it made so much of a difference despite the stress of moving. Thank you so much Mr. Dan! You made our day and your kindness goes so far! “The staff over here has been so patient with me when I moved into the wrong unit! I wrote the wrong unit # down ?♂️. They called and explained my blunder to me and have been so patient with me to get it straightened out. I wish I could apologize to whoever’s unit I moved into!
I really like the app they have it makes things super convenient. You just tap the button to enter and exit on your phone when you get close to the gate and it opens right up. It’s very clean and easy to navigate, I didn’t see any bugs or anything. Great service and highly recommend.”
“Tabitha is amazing! She is always prompt when getting back to me, patient, and kind. I have had 2 separate storage units at this facility. One outside, and one in the climate controlled inside area. I got a ton of use out of both of them, but I am down to one.
I appreciate the cleanliness and the location is relatively quiet! If someone wanted suggestions on where to store their stuff, I would definitely recommend this place! They also have another location located in town ??”
“Great friendly service. I needed a storage the last min a snow storm was hitting and I needed something fast. I called and I told the girl I was call her back I was on a budge and she said they would match competitors pricing. Within an hour the young lady texted me and gave me a unit number amd left the paper work inside. I absolutely recommend this storage facility over anywhere else..”

“I've been with this facility for several years now. For two decades, I moved around OKC and Edmond storage facilities every time they would change ownership and run everyone off with high prices and change all the terms and access. While this is a locally-owned mom and pop operation, I can honestly say moving here several years ago was the right decision. I've had zero issues, and the owners are a phone call away if I ever need anything. Not have the contract and pricing change on me every 6 months has been wonderful. The only downside might be that you have to mail in your payments each month, or use a bill-pay service. They do send out invoices every month, though, so forgetting to pay is pretty much impossible even if you do pay manually every month.
I'd recommend this storage facility to anyone in the OKC/Edmond metro area that wants a good value and no hassle or surprises along the way.”

Very clean, easily accessible climate-controlled unit, safe area and never any issues encountered. Laurie went over and above in helping me from beginning to end in the process: securing me the right-sized unit to assisting on moving truck day to ensure everything went smoothly.
