She took in time making sure we knew how to check the unit. Explained the return procedure allowing us to place unit where space was available. “This storage center was a much better bargain before Public Storage came in and hiked the prices into the stratosphere. Security is satisfactory and the units are nice enough but the cost is disproportionate for what you get.**UPDATE**Well, I have to circle back and update my initial review. Upon seeing my review the company reached out in every way (email, calls, etc…) to remedy my dissatisfaction. They definitely made things right and I have to change my review, to be fair.”

“I've been with this facility for several years now. For two decades, I moved around OKC and Edmond storage facilities every time they would change ownership and run everyone off with high prices and change all the terms and access. While this is a locally-owned mom and pop operation, I can honestly say moving here several years ago was the right decision. I've had zero issues, and the owners are a phone call away if I ever need anything. Not have the contract and pricing change on me every 6 months has been wonderful. The only downside might be that you have to mail in your payments each month, or use a bill-pay service. They do send out invoices every month, though, so forgetting to pay is pretty much impossible even if you do pay manually every month.”
