“We stopped here after a tire blew out on our horse trailer. Cynthia was so kind. Helped us with water for our 8 week old puppy. We would definitely rent from this location. Clean and professional. She gave us WD-40 to help loosen the lug nuts. We were able to wait for roadside assistance in air conditioning. I would give 10 stars if I could. Thank you Cynthia!”

“I experienced excellent customer service from the woman at 8108 I-35 Service Rd in OKC and the woman at the Danforth location. I signed a contract for the wrong location too far from me, and these women took care of me! I was dreading calling so I really appreciate their help. They are super friendly and made the transfer easy.”

“When I signed up it was Extra Space Storage. When I came back to get my stuff it was U-Haul. But they didn't have a worker in the building like Extra Space Storage did so I had to drive 5 Mi to find out what the gate code was because they changed it. Apparently somebody should have let me know I needed their entry card to get in. The only communication I got from extra space said they no longer owned it. The next letter I got about 4 months later was asking me to change my storage insurance. When I went to pick up my stuff they weren't quite sure of my unit number that I have written down on my contract. They told me they didn't change the numbers but they did and a worker had to leave the location on Broadway to go to the Kelly location to help me find my storage unit since they changed the numbers. I'm sure nobody else will run across this problem unless they haven't been to their storage unit for a few months. If they were an extra space storage person who hasn't been back since uhaul took it over, they're going to need a card and possibly a new unit number. I looked at the number on the door and on the unit. They tried to tell me they didn't change anything but they did because it wasn't the same unit number and building numbers changed. I looked at my original contract when I got home, so this I know was true.”

“Great experience for temporary storage! We just needed storage for a month. It was easy to set up, and the employees were helpful and easy to work with. Easy access to the gates, using the app. We used a climate controlled unit. Doors to access the building were nice and wide, which helped with a couple pieces of furniture. If we needed to ever use storage again, this place would be our first choice!”

“I contacted Morningstar Storage at 1000 N. Santa Fe Ave. in Edmond Ok. I spoke with Sherry and set up a time to meet at the property so she could show me the available units that would fit my needs. We eventually found the perfect location and size at a very competitive monthly rate . She was very accommodating and answered all of my questions. Over the course of several years I have had needs for storage and I do have to say, this has been my best experience with a storage facility. I would highly recommend Morningstar storage for any and all of your storage needs!”

“Mr. Dan was so kind and helpful! My grandma was moving and I was helping her (I’ve never moved someone myself before) We had some trouble with opening the gate and struggled finding our own information, but he helped us find our information. we eventually found our info and we were able to get in! We had been really stressed but he was so kind and calm, and so patient, it meant a lot. He told us where to go, and once we had gotten to the unit, he even came all the way out to make sure we had found it! He was so so kind, and it made so much of a difference despite the stress of moving. Thank you so much Mr. Dan! You made our day and your kindness goes so far! “The staff over here has been so patient with me when I moved into the wrong unit! I wrote the wrong unit # down ?♂️. They called and explained my blunder to me and have been so patient with me to get it straightened out. I wish I could apologize to whoever’s unit I moved into!
I really like the app they have it makes things super convenient. You just tap the button to enter and exit on your phone when you get close to the gate and it opens right up. It’s very clean and easy to navigate, I didn’t see any bugs or anything. Great service and highly recommend.”

“Bryant Square Self Storage is well maintained and supervised! I just cleared my unit and taken my lock off last night. I called an hour after opening today to say I was closing that unit and Tabitha had already done so! She had done a walk around and saw that unit didn’t have a lock on it, opened it, saw it was empty, and had already closed my account!
