Had an amazing time at Surge with my son Daniel. The workers were so kind, especially Mason Morton, who was so kind and patient with my son. Excellent service and staff; would recommend to anyone who wants to spend time with their children in an amazing establishment with exceptional staff!

I was so impressed with the staff today. They were gentle in correcting my rowdy boys and were so friendly from start to finish. The girl running the harnessed climbing tower was patient with my son who was a little nervous. I have never had such a great experience and they earned these 5 stars!!

Berk was very kind and friendly and helpful to us. Unlike another girl I just would like to say I think that Berk is keeping this establishment going. She deserves a raise honestly very happy to have her as an employee here. I think she should be paid way more She’s better than her sister.
