What they have to offer is great, way more than the other trampoline park. The bad thing is that many things here require the kiddo's to wear a harness and during less busy time it is very difficult to get employees to take care of it. There were at least 5 employees there and when my kid asked about climbing one of the rock walls, he was told it would be 15-20 minutes before he could do it. There was no line, there were maybe 4 other kids in the whole place. But our time was almost up, so this kept her from having to help him. If the employees are going to give subpar service during the slow times, then you guys should really charge less money during these times. There was one young man working there doing a great job, he had cut his hand and had it all bandaged and still managed to give us top notch service.

Don't go here because they refuse to close a pit after blood contamination.Today was the first and last time I would let my kids play at this adventure park. While I was supervising my kids, a man came to me saying a kid was stuck. I looked over and saw a boy with his leg stuck in between two foam pits, so we both jumped into action to help him free. When I reached down to feel his leg, I felt something wet and Gooey almost like slime. I pulled my hand out, realizing it was blood, lots of it. I showed my hand to the man helping and got out of the pit to go to the other side to hold pressure on the wound better. I yelled for help and waved down the teen, supervising the zip line. He came to try to help. I showed him my bloody hand and said he didn't know trying to keep the kid from panicking. The teen worker was the only worker who helped us. Dad showed up and asked him how this happened. The kid replied, saying he was trying to get out and he slipped. I asked him are you dad and he said he was at this time I showed him my bloody hand and said he didn't know. Dad tried to keep the kid calm. I told the worker to call 911. The man who called this to my attention and his brother, the kid's Dad, and the teen worker all attempted to pull back on the beam, and it wasn't budging. So Dad runs to get tools to pry his kids' leg free. He comes back with two long screwdrivers, a hammer and rakes. Nothing was budging. I realized that the padding was held on by velcro and started pulling it up frantically and told the others to do the same. The Dad was finally able to pull his son free, and that's when the kid realized he was bleeding. Dad holds the kid's leg up so the boy won't see. Dad ran out of the pit so fast. I looked at my bloody hands from keeping pressure on the kid's leg and it was covered I got out of the pit and I must have wiped the blood off on the foam cubes because it wasn't as bloody. I look for the kid and his dad to see dad holding the boy and running to the door. I knew that I did all I could, so now I need to wash my hands. After washing, I went to the workers by the pit to tell them they should close the pit because I had bloody hands and the pit was contaminated. They asked me if I was mom, and do they still needed to call 911. I told them to call, and they said they did but they did not. They also didn't close the contaminated pit. This place is incompetent. I will never return! I truly hope the kid is all right. Thank God for the man who brought this to my attention and his brother they did an amazing job trying to free the boy.

Best trampoline park I’ve been to in OK. I think all other parks can learn from Surge. Some staff need a bit of customer service skills and need to work on their soft skills, but I feel like that will grow with time and evaluations with management. Speaking of management; the management team is sharp and extremely hospitable. You can tell they are professionals and take their job seriously. The grounds are kept very clean and organized.

It's a really cute place for young children to play and jump around. Plenty of room and activities for them to play.

This place is so fun and the zip line and dodge ball are the best. The best workers are definitely Dakota, Bella and Shane. The manager Alvaro is super nice. This is definitely one of the best trampoline parks in Oklahoma.

If I could give them lower than a 1 I would. The workers in this location were being extremely racist towards our party. Three of their workers were standing right in front of our table watching us for a solid 20 minutes. They stated that we could not snack on some sunflower seeds so we threw them away, no problem. But then they continued to stay, this time they said we could not drink coffee. They said that the only thing we could have was birthday cake and water which we understood. However, the table right next to us had donuts, cheetos, and all kinda of snacks on their table. So why didn't they say anything to them? . As harsh as that sounds it was what we felt, and what made it even more clear was when our kids were playing in the foam pit and the manager Alvardo was watching our kids very closely, this is not okay because there were a hundred other kids in there so why was he just watching them? Ignoring microaggressions nowadays is also being ignorant towards important issues today concerning racism. I am very disappointed aswell as shocked.

If I could give zero stars,I would!I recently visited Surge Adventure and had a deeply troubling experience with their service. Unfortunately, I encountered racism from all of the staff members. This kind of behavior is unacceptable and goes against the principles of equality and respect. I hope Surge Adventure takes immediate action to address this issue, educates their staff about inclusivity, and ensures that all customers are treated with fairness and respect.

5-7 workers behind the desk at all times. Many of the stations didn’t have workers at them. When you ask for someone to man the station they act like you are putting them out. If I owned this place I would be extremely upset with the workers. Could be a great place.

We just had our daughter’s 7th birthday there. It was a very good experience. All the staff were very kind. Our party host did a great job, the manager Alvaro was very personable and friendly. A big shout out to the employee that worked out in the jump area, Alyssa, she was always working very hard and making sure the kids were safe and having fun.Way to go Surge!

You’ve probably already have seen the same story. It was a regular birthday party for a 10 year old at surge thinking nothing could go wrong since i’ve been here multiple times. Well, i thought wrong. First of all, we brought homemade desserts with us. They told us to put it away because we could only bring cake so we were like okay whatever just put the dessert away. However, the table that was literally right next to us also brought desserts which were donuts. They never got told to put it away though? Isn’t that weird? Anyway, we forgot about that, next thing you know they tells us to put cups away. That felt kinda rude knowing the table next to us also brought cups but never got told to put them away… the employees constantly told the kids to stop pushing each other into the foam pit and that they’re business was going down because of it. Also, there were about 3-5 employees just guarding and surrounding us and not letting us out of our seat. This racism towards us was shocking and unbelievable. Rating this a one star is too much, i wish i could give it a lower rating.

Came to a birthday party with my child and decided to use the massage chair while watching my child. I left my shoes on and he asked me politely to remove my shoes. I informed him I did not have socks on. He told me when I was done with my massage he would provide me with socks. Please keep in mind my shoes were NOT touching the carpet while I was in the chair, so I did not take them off right away. A few minutes later he walks back by and tells me sternly "Take them off" like I was a child. I took them off right in the floor and left them until my paid massage was finished. I was also told I could not jump despite having a party wrist band. I was only trying to be ableto go after my child if necessary since we are forced to sign waivers in order for our kids to play. I do not recommend.

I had an absolute blast with my best friend here today! A lot more things to do and MUCH better pricing the other places. Alvero helped us with some ridesand was really nice! Really easy to get to everything too! Because there’s so much you do ask an assistant for help on some rides if they are not over there at the time which is really easy so it’s no problem. I will definitely be coming back!
