Sylvia at the Edmond branch has been super helpful with fraud issues. The Fraud department has been super quick to catch stuff and has gotten us new cards immediately. There's no wait for it to be mailed.

Manager (Tajur) is extremely nice and helpful. Does seem to try to go above and beyond every visit, and does seem to actually care about what you're needing. Location is clean and bright as well.
