“These guy go above and beyond. Have a car that has a battery that is a real pain to replace and I won't spend the hour or so fighting it. They did it with a smile and very graciously declined a tip for keeping them after hours an extra 30 minutes.”

Did you know, I noticed they have gone back to name brand products.
I had help without hesitation. The store was clean. The cashier was pleasant and actually stepped over to another register to get me a soda glass I paid for.
In the pharmacy, I did have to wait a little bit but it was because she had an elderly man she was very patient with than she apologize to me because she only had a brand product. Oh darn.
Didn’t I say, that Sam’s seems to have brought back brand products. That why I went to the other place first.
And hear this, I walked right out of the door with the guy saying, “Have a great Day!” I didn’t have to get in any line to walk out after I paid.

“It’s Sunday, I had an appointment for Monday for a new battery at the dealer & my old battery went out on me Saturday night, couldn’t wait until the next day so I stopped in and they were busy and said it would be a wait, being a busy bee I couldn’t wait so I had to turn down the wait. Joe told me to give him a minute and he ran to the back, when he came back up hesaid go ahead and pull around and they would squeeze me in so I didn’t have to run around in the cold to get my battery replaced. Thanks for squeezing me in and making it happen on short notice!!”
