“Headed from St. Louis to Santa Monica, CA in my '67 Mustang along Historic Route 66 when what could have been a major disaster occured as I entered OKC from the east. I limped on in to Ford dealership not far from Gary's place. They couldn't even LOOK at my Mustang because it was older than a 1990 model year. Gary stopped what he was doing and personally had me back safely on the road in about an hour; maybe 1-1/2. Great diagnosis and fix of serious problem, but equally important, I now have a long-distance friend in El Reno, OK. No better place to get good old fashion SERVICE.”

“I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND taking your car here we came in with our Mitsubishi that kept overheating, another auto repair place told us our head gasket was out, but we brought it to ricks and they took a look at it found our simple problem and fixed us up with some fluid at no charge! DJ and Jerry were very HONEST and KIND! Extremely helpful and we are so grateful we took it to them! Thanks guys!”
“My wife was driving alone on I40 when she heard a noise under her car. When she pulled over she called me via FaceTime so I could see under her car. I could tell the engine splash guard was loose and dragging the ground. She happened to be near the El Reno Wal Mart so I suggested she go to the tire center to see if they would help her. She said they were very helpful and removed the splash guard. They wouldn’t accept any payment and they said they couldn’t accept a tip so we wanted to give them props for helping her out so she could make it home. The splash guard is metal and I was afraid it might create sparks as she drove, which wouldn’t be good due the strong winds and dry vegetation.”
