Two test drives before he called to say it's ready. 300,000 miles and it drives like new.”

They’ve done multiple different jobs from Drive bar strut brakes on a Mazda three to full air conditioning on a Hyundai ELANTRA just got my 06 Jeep Wrangler out with full rear brake replacement they do great work love these guys. “100% honest. I can guarantee this because I’m a veteran mechanic with 30+ years experience, just minus a $50,000 alignment machine. Replaced the whole front end on my 2004 Tahoe and I forgot about the inner tie rods. Took it to Big O and the mechanic told me that I should replace them before paying for the alignment. I did and brought it back and they did the alignment. I was mostly impressed with their honesty and not trying to sell me something I didn’t need. Honesty is key to running a good shop. With 7 different vehicles I’ll be back. Picture of my new tires on my Tahoe.”

“I recently took my vehicle in to have my tailgate fixed and new tires installed. Unfortunately, my initial experience was very disappointing. The tailgate issue wasn’t actually resolved, and in the process of working on it, scratches were left behind. On top of that, I was given an oil change I hadn’t requested and left with a large bill.
After speaking with the general manager, however, things turned around. He took accountability, provided excellent service, and made sure everything was corrected. He got me a loaner truck and had my tailgate repainted and ensured I was taken care of. I highly respect him for stepping up, taking responsibility, and making sure everything was made right.
I’m very thankful for his leadership and the way he handled the situation. In the end, he made things right, and I truly appreciate that.”

Ram support and stalintis are absurd have been no help in even trying to help me or service with anything. They keep giving me bs excuses. Alot of the other staff understands and has tried to help. My husband is very disappointed in our very first time buying a brand new truck but joe Cooper in Yukon is a very good dealer”
