Chris handled my account and kept me updated every step of the way—I never had to call to ask for an update. When I mentioned that my rental car had to be returned, Chris said he’d inform the team and they’d do their best to get my vehicle ready sooner. While I appreciated his effort, I didn’t think they’d actually manage to finish ahead of schedule. Boy, was I wrong! The team had my car ready 8 days before the promised date—truly incredible!

The work done on my vehicle was absolutely out of this world—I almost didn’t recognize my truck! On top of the outstanding repairs and service, the team went above and beyond by detailing the interior as well. I didn’t pick up a dusty or uncared-for vehicle; instead, they returned it in pristine condition, both inside and out. Their attention to detail and excellent customer service were top-notch.
