“I was very frustrated with this company because of the communication between the insurance company & them.I’m giving it 4 stars because Andrew tried his best with communication between the insurance company even though the car has been at the shop for nearly 3 months.Andrew has been committed to getting the car ready for us even though the real issue was with insurance.Would used this dealership again but not going through an insurance company, for personal use only.”
“Quick service. I gave it 4 stars because I went in for an oil change and the receipt stated that all my tires and liquids were checked/full, but they were not. My last place would put air in my tires and refill my wiper fluid. Also, make sure you know what type of oil your car takes before you take it in. The man working asked me what oil my car took and i didn’t know. He didn’t help me figure it out, He just stared at me until I gave him an answer and sighed. I told him synthetic because i saw the letters SYN on the sticker from the place where I got my last oil changed. Additionally, the area to pull in is a bit tight so be careful if you have a large vehicle that turns like a boat.”
