Would of got 5 stars except they charged me 15 dollars for activation when the problem was with them in the first place. That and I had to drive an extra 100 miles to go back to Enid to solve the problem. I needed a phone desperately today as mine was not keeping a charge, made an appointment for 6pm , got waited on quickly and was out in 23minutes. I recommend going to ATT in Enid. Thanks Kelly Shimanek for taking such great care of me today in a short amount of time.
