had to replace a phone, a line and get a bunch of new stuff, Andy, who was there today, was courteous, respectful, patient, and explained things as needed in great detail, without dragging on too long, or overexplaining it. He helped me pick out the items, gave me great recommendations, I'm super satisfied!

I like is mostly. One employee acted like they didn't want to do anything extra step on activating a new phone, but everyone else has been great.

Metro by t mobile the employees there are incredible they went above and beyond there duty's for me in my opinion they should be commended and gave a raise they r incredible and I appreciate there help Samantha, Hope and Mayra were awesome.
