I went to the AT&T store in Enid, OK yesterday. I didn’t have to wait at all! Alex was the AT&T employee that helped me. He was fantastic and the best AT&T employee that has ever helped me at any AT&T store that I’ve been in. Not only was he very knowledgeable, but also very personable too!! Thanks Alex for making my visit to the AT&T store so enjoyable!!!

I highly suggest just calling the 611 number on your at&t phone instead of going in person. The customer service provided is the same as what you could do yourself at home. However, if you're lucky enough to get Colene, she will actually help you!!

Today is 6-6-24. My husband I visited AT&T.
I was helped by Brandon. Brandon was helpful, courteous, kind and personable. I appreciate all he did to help me get a new phone and a USB-C cable for my iPad. I give him 5 * +.

Angelo and John were great. I had a lot of bill issues and they resolved it within minutes! The assistant manager (Erick) checked up on us and made me feel right at home. Will definitely come back again for any other issue! If I could give this store 10 stars, I would!
