“They tried to deliver once and didn’t give us enough time to answer the door to accept the package. Never came back. They did not call. Tried to contact customer support but they didn’t do anything. No way to contact this facility to see if you can pick the package up. Terrible service.Update: I drove to the facility and they were able to find my package and give it to me. They were very nice and friendly.”
