“I booked a room for several nights, as I was planning on being in the area. Called a few times with questions. Staff was super helpful and friendly. Unfortunately, I never actually got to stay, as my dad died a couple days before I was to come. I forgot to call them and cancel, and they graciously offered to waive the normal cancellation fee I should've been charged. I look forward to having an opportunity in the future to stay here.”
